You could say that TinyTalk is the simple, basic and austere version of the famous Skype. Effectively it is an Internet telephone, to orally communicate with another computer via the IPs of each one.

The working of TinyTalk is very simple, as you just have to specify the IP of the computer you want to connect to. Once connected to this IP you can then start to transmit (logically both sides need microphones and speakers).
